My Reflection

I have been learning to relate to the characters in the text.We have been reading Geogre's Marvellous medicine. I thought of some words to describe Grandma from what I learnt about her in  story.

I found this easy because the teacher helped us.

My next step is to write a paragraph describing Grandma using these words.

I have been learning to identify nouns.  A noun is a thing, a place or a person.  I found this easy because I know what a noun is.  My next step is to be a bit faster.

I was amazed to get a positive social Interaction award. I was vary happy to get  it.

My Volcano Landscape Art

We were learning how to apply paint.  We learnt two techniques, dragging with cardboard and dabbing with a sponge.  It was supposed to be a wide Volcano.  I liked creating the ash cloud.

This is my dream house  It is a jet plan.  It  carries bombs.

Summarising

I was learning to summarise information from a book. I found it alright because some questions really confuses me, I couldn't find the answers in the book. My step is to read the book more carefully if I don't understand.

I feel amazed getting this nice award starting at this new school.  I got it for settling in so well.  I like that there's a lot of nice people on the playground and in the classrooms there's nice people to help.

My special place

I was learning to use my five senses to write poem. I found it all right because I couldn't figure what to write about. I think my next step is that I should look at my surroundings more carefully when I'm out playing.
