I summarised this article that I found on

kiwi kids news. I found this easy Because some one halped me 

my nexst step is to listen to the teacher

I was learning how to use addition and subtraction strategies.
I prefer rounding and compensating because it is easier.  It was easy to understand.  It was good to work with my partner.

Features of a Non-fiction Text

My reflection

We have been learning to identify the features of a non-fiction text.  I found this a bit tricky because I wasn't sure what some of the features were.  I had to use a book to help me.  My next step is to focus and listen to the teacher more so I understand for next time.

Term 2 Week 3

Last week Room 29 did gymnastiks. It was fun. We did some

balancing games and we and we talked about balansingsand how to fall and we tried to  fall the 

correct way to fall .

ANZAC Challenge

In are Class we had a ANZAC Challenge we had to do things with your grope  we had to get a page of stamps  one of the challenges was droreing your owne metel.

Comparing characters

My reflection

I have been learning to compare characters in a story.  We read a story called Who's a Big Bully Then by Michael Morpurgo.  We used a venn diagram to compare characters.  I found this easy because they were quite opposite characters,  My next step is to kepp comparing characters.

My Reflection

   I have been learning to show place value of hundreds.  I found this hard because the bigger the number, the harder it is.  My next step is to look deeper at the numbers.
